Unqualified PLA discharge begins

The government has begun the process of discharging People’s Liberation Army disqualified by the second UNMIN verification from Dudhauli camp of the PLA second division in Sindhuli, Sunday. Peace minister Rakam Chemjong said the discharging process of disqualified combatants which will take place is six stages will end by November end.
