Maoists, NC and UML have secretly agreed to extend CA's term by 3 months: Kamal Thapa

Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) has claimed the three largest parties in the Constituent Assembly (CA) Unified CPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress (NC), CPN (UML) had forged a secret agreement to extend the CA's term by three months. Thapa told journalists about the secret understanding while talking to journalists in Hetauda Thursday. Thapa arrived in Hetauda to address a mass assembly day after tommorrow. "The three parties have already signed the understanding, but have not disclosed it," said Thapa. "Instead, they are touting the constitution will be ready by three months in front of the people. This is a betrayal to the people. 

Man found with arms in casino

Police have recovered a pistol from the casino at Hotel Malla, Lainchaur, last night. They have also recovered a car from the casino. However, the person in possession of the arms has run away, according to the police. It is not clear, how the person in posession of the gun ran away from a place with such tight security, when police had inched so close enough to recover the arms.

Five die as truck dives into Trishuli

Five persons have died and seven others injured when a truck dived into Trishuli river from Prithvi Highway in Chitwan, last night. The deceased are yet to be identified.
