Maoists, NC and UML have secretly agreed to extend CA's term by 3 months: Kamal Thapa

Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party Nepal (RPP-N) has claimed the three largest parties in the Constituent Assembly (CA) Unified CPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress (NC), CPN (UML) had forged a secret agreement to extend the CA's term by three months.

Thapa told journalists about the secret understanding while talking to journalists in Hetauda Thursday. Thapa arrived in Hetauda to address a mass assembly day after tommorrow.

"The three parties have already signed the understanding, but have not disclosed it," said Thapa. "Instead, they are touting the constitution will be ready by three months in front of the people. This is a betrayal to the people.
