Krishna Prasad Bhattarai's health condition worsens
The health condition of former Prime Minister and Nepali Congress (NC) founder leader, Krishna Prasad Bhattarai, who is undergoing treatment at Norvic Hospital since past few weeks has further worsened Wednesday.
Bhattarai, 87, was admitted at the Norvic Hospital in the Capital on Feb 16 after complaints of respiratory and swelling problems showed no signs of improvement, sources confirmed.
Bhattarai has infection in his chest and his kidneys are not in proper condition.
Doctors involved in Bhattarai's treatment have been giving him 24 hours special attention. He even stopped speaking from yesterday, Dr Bharat Rawat said.
Bhattarai was given a pint of blood this morning, Rawat added.
According to the doctors, recent report of Bhattarai is satisfactory despite no improvement in health condition.
