Manisha Koirala's marriage fixed with Nepali businessman

The marriage of Nepali bollywood actress Manisha Koirala has been fixed with Nepali businessman Samrat Dahal.

Dahal is the owner of an Alternative Energy company in Nepa and son of owner of Leather Wings owner Surendra Dahal. He returned to Nepal recently after completing education in USA.

His father Surendra Dahal is also connected with the liquidation of Bansbari Leather Shoes Factory. He is alleged of corruption when he was the chief. People allege, Dahal established Leather Wings, by taking illegally several machineries from the state owned Bansbari Leather Shoes Factory.

Koiral's family priest has calculated the auspicious dates for the marriage on Monday. Swayambar has been fixed for June 17, Mehandi for June 18 and the wedding for July 3.

However, the family has not announced the marriage officially.

It is also not clear why the family decided to marry or how it will organise the function only four months after the demise of Girija Prasad Koirala. GP Koirala is the younger brother of Manisha's grandfather BP Koirala.

According to Hindu traditions, marriage and any other auspicious functions should not be organised for one year of the mourning period after the death of a family member.

Manisha Koirala had a announced at a public function recently she would marry with a Nepali businessman.
