Ruling parties issue travel embargo to their lawmakers
The three largest ruling parties CPN (UML), Nepali Congress and Madhesi People's Rights Forum - Democratic have instructed their lawmakers not to leave the capital until further notice.
The parties issued such embargo a day after deciding to pass the budget by a majority amid sloganeering of the Maoist lawmakers. They have requested the Maoists to let the House run just for the budget and warned the latter of using Marshall to pass the budget if House obstruction continues.
